怎么没人讨论昨天新鲜出炉的cpt改革？很多国际学生可能没办法实习了职场感言
昨天ICE刚刚出炉了一个新的规定 Reminder of Liability for DSOs Regarding CPT Authorization
简单来说就是除非这个项目规定了没有实习不能毕业，不然的话学校按照规定是不能批准国际学生的CPT实习的。这是打击day 1 cpt的同时，很多正常项目的学生也没办法实习了。
留过学的人都知道大部分项目都不是强制要求实习的，要是找到实习的话可以通过注册一门课来申请cpt，但是ICE把这个路堵死了。
目前已知uc berkeley 和 ucsd 今天开始已经暂停了新的非项目要求的cpt申请
- CPT must be integral to the curriculum: DSOs can only authorize CPT when the training is an integral part of an established curriculum and is directly related to the student’s major area of study. CPT cannot be authorized solely for the purpose of employment or for experiences that are not required or otherwise formally recognized as part of the academic program.
- DSO certification and legal responsibility: When you sign or re-sign the Form I-20, “Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Student Status,” to authorize CPT, you are certifying under penalty of perjury that all information is true and correct to the best of your knowledge. This includes confirming that CPT is required or otherwise integral to the student’s curriculum

xhs上有uiuc晒DP ece meng不受影响，我觉得现在很多学校还没开学，也没到处理高峰期，学校也很懵逼，还得跟ICE明确标准补充内容
