Postdoctoral Fellow in NK Cell Biology in Tumor Microenvironemnet
Are you passionate about harnessing the immune system to fight cancer? Our lab at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is looking for a motivated postdoctoral researcher to join our team and help push the boundaries of NK cell-based immunotherapy.
About the role:
You will investigate NK cell biology in the tumor microenvironment especailly multiple myeloma and develop next-generation engineered immune cell therapies. Projects span basic mechanisms of NK cell function and translational work aimed at improving cancer treatment.
What were looking for:
1- PhD (or MD/PhD) in Immunology, Cancer Biology, or a related field Strong immunology training, with hands-on experience in NK cell biology
2- Expertise in gene modification techniques, including CAR-T/ CAR-NK engineering, in vivo CAR approaches, and CRISPR-based genome editing.
3- Solid skills in flow cytometry, cell culture, and functional immune assays
4- A strong publication record, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset
