又一个10月大军，给大家一些485建议和RFE的heads up，大家自己去伪存真

485现在的难度系数已经堪比140了，结合最新的可以不发RFE的政策，大家千万谨慎不要掉以轻心

第一，申请EB1的，千万千万注意，因为很多人已经排了至少一两年了，USCIS一定会要你证明这几年你还在从事与当初申请140相同的职业，或者至少相关的职业，我被RFE的第一个问题就是要证明这个，所以大家最好咨询自己的律师是否要在交485的时候就把这些相关证明都一并交上去。

Submit documentary evidence to establish that you continue to be engaged in the occupation that is the basis of your field of extraordinary ability. Such evidence may include, but is not limited to: A currently dated letter from your present employer; Copies of recent and/or ongoing publications or research; Copies of recent awards, grants or fellowships; or Other such documentation confirming that you intend to carry out the terms and conditions of the underlying Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker.

第二，身份的连贯性，理论上是从你最后一次入境到现在的身份连贯性，一定要检查自己的所有的legal status是否有空隙，大家也看到前两天有一位大神由于I94的问题导致走到了死胡同。

第三，如果你之前上学，毕业工作，没离境过，一定要准备好你当初在学校实际出席，上课的证明，现在485严查当初挂靠，已经得知几个人都收到类似RFE内容。大家根据自己实际情况看是否要提前准备一并寄出。

Submit evidence to establish your school enrollment and attendance. The record shows that after your last lawful admission to the U.S.  as F1, Student, you attended school you used to maintain status. Submit the following to establish your enrollment and attendance during this period: Certified transcripts issued by the school(s) Copies of tuition payments for all quarters or semesters attended Class schedules and course syllabi for all F-1 schools attended Report cards, evidence of homework, assignments or research Copies of any and all final degrees or diplomas issued upon completion of each academic program(s) Any other evidence in your possession to show that you attended and were physically present at each F1 school and completed coursework.

我觉得如果你已经排了很久了，一定会被问到的，你也可以看一下孟小杰律师最近发的视频，也提到过这个问题。
