[反HR1044] 我的议员信模板
适用范围：民主党议员。共和党议员也能用，但是这封信主要强调diversity，共和党议员的话你可以再多强调一点American First。意识形态原因，这封信里没有说American First。
本模板优点：简单粗暴，只要改名字（红色部分），其他部分都可以ctrl+v，无须修改。
信件内容主要来自“手把手教你写”那个帖子里的一个fact pdf，还有网上找的其他模板（有的来自地里，感谢），pdf发在附件了。如果你写信可以加附件，请记得加上这个pdf。
信件前半部分讲为什么现在这个bill很有害，后半部分讲如果你想帮助印度backlog还有其他更好方法（比如增加配额到15%等），这部分主要是为了体现我们不是自私自利，如果不喜欢可以删除这部分。
如果你有空，可以加点自己的故事什么的。
鼓励广泛传播，一起来反对这个法案。喜欢请加米。

1. 很多人在问民主党模板，本来的模板有一些问题，所以管理员把它隐藏了，现在本楼并没有合适的民主党模板。请善用论坛搜索功能搜一下“模板”，有很多其它人写的。
2. 请不要直接copy paste模板，我这个帖子写的比较早，当时不知道最佳的做法。我现在觉得可以把模板当范文，但还是要自己写，可以短一点，不要racist。

我群发之后，被人直接说“take me off the list"。我个人觉得大家用同一个模版，不停地群发，不仅不能表达观点，这些议员看了之后可能会觉得被骚扰了。既然是要表达观点，最好按照别人的规则来。
以下是我群发后收到的回复。他的表达很克制了，但是估计也是被骚扰得不行了。他的建议是去当地议员网站下create一个case，这样比较得体而且有效。

Please share this with your colleagues as well. Whoever advised you and MANY others to email over 350 congressional staffers on their personal business accounts, over and over again, is at best misinformed.
If you would like to share your opinion on an issue, you should use our website(s). You can write Senator Kaine at www.kaine.senate.gov and you will receive a reply if you are from Virginia.
One other piece of advice. You should have people reaching out to members from their home states. For example, constituents for Virginia should write the delegation from Virginia.
